Abstract

This paper has analyzed two TALEs in Molavi's Mathnavi using the MORPHOLOGY of PROP. This method is an experiment for morphological theory in mystical literature. Many components ana actions studied in TALEs of Mathnavi correspond with special classification of PROP concerning TALEs. Also considering the TALE of king and bondmaid and comparing it with Arabic TALE of dervish and his wife, it is revealed that they have similaritis, however they have different appearance.
