Abstract

Explaining the concept of education and its place in children's rights, this paper has introduced the QURAN and CRC as two educational systems. After a comparative study in both qualitative and quantitative terms, it appeared that the CRC has a lot of shortcomings and failures in the educational field. Finally, the result was that the child's UPBRINGING in the QURAN has more privileged and comprehensive place in the Qur'an than in the Convention.
