Abstract

Sometimes a few persons cause an accident injurious, result of responsibility distributed between them; in Iranian Legal system, a manner of interference of tortfeasors has a basic role in determination of responsibility as direct or indirect that commitment of fault into consideration. If they have direct involvement to commit of fault or not, all of them into consideration. If they have indirect involvement, fault of them is important. Therfore, if they have separated role in accidnent injurious, every has responsible about their role unless isn't their effect. In one hand, tortfeasors has indirect involvement to fault commitment and they cause single accident, therefore they have equal responsibility. When they indirect role and are one by another, is responsible prior them.
