Abstract

One of the main criteria in evolution of women, s right is non- DISCRIMINATION. This criterion is utilized, when discussing about equality between men and woman in profiting of human's right. Generally, human's right declines any sort of DISCRIMINATION against woman, which prohibit them benefiting fundamental liberties from human's right generation and despite governments commitments on promoting a quality in benefiting from human's right and notable endeavors' in this aspect this bitter relating almost remained that WOMAN'S life conditions in comparison with men are not satisfied. In fact the conditions in comparison with men are not satisfied. In fact the continuance continuance carrying on the aforementioned process and universaling of violence against have put women's life in jeopardy in both und public and private aspects. Despite all revolution concerning human right and the achievements in order to fulfill women's right, their lower-ranking and undeserved positions companying with men, is described as on ordinary status prescribed by theological sermons and cultural traditions. Feministic contradiction encounter the followers question that how it possible for us to make women be independent actors in both national and international fields. To sum up, it should be mentioned that writer, s attitude to wards the subject is view point that expect a maximum indices.
