Abstract

Desirable urban governance, service delivery, control and navigation projects, as well as good management practices, requires adequate credits and REVENUEs and correct costs. Imposition is one of most important sources for MUNICIPALity in the development countries, that pay for the administration of the city of REVENUE, property, assets and consumption of natural and legal persons shall receive and spend to MUNICIPAL services. The importance of URBAN EFFECTS, as does much that today spot as one of the MUNICIPAL REVENUEs that have, central role in order to raise the quality of life in urban environments, and provide services to the public. Since many of the cities problem is in the management of income and cost.so aim of the present study is to predict the amount of income from payments to the MUNICIPALity of effects of that case will be examined in ZABOL. The method employed in this research is multilayered feed forward NEURAL NETWORKs(MFNN) with Back propagation (BP) algorithm. Data in this model have been trained until used in predict of MUNICIPALity income in city of ZABOLe. The results of the research show that the amount of the incoming of ZABOL's MUNICIPALity the growth trend, and according to predictions made by the model NEURAL NETWORK ZABOL's MUNICIPALity earn income square6945416783billion rialsin December 2013.
