Abstract

The main reason of MIGRATION from rural areas to cities in countries such as Iran, the difference between INCOME levels in rural than urban areas so that rural migrants entered to Sabzevar were also affected by this process. This paper will attempt to process INCOME rural migrants before and after MIGRATION to the city must be examined. Research methods in this paper have descriptive - analytical that large section of the data based on field studies and sampling has been collected. Findings of this study show that most immigrant’s ages and activities with their family members have migrated to Sabzevar. In terms of job status before MIGRATION, such as jobs with workers, farmers and etc are the important factor activity after labor imMIGRATION increases. In assets immigrants increased considerably among immigrant families view and INCOME level of the MIGRATION increased so that less than one million Rails per month (in 2006) before imMIGRATION 69.2 percent of immigrants are included are, after MIGRATION only 32.8 percent of them are included. Regard to the results, control solutions, including population growth and increasing EMPLOYMENT, and local people forming organizations, New nuclei population in the metropolitan area, recognition of property and housing and etc, in order to promote social and economic status of immigrants has been proposed.
