Abstract

The evaluation and performance management are one of special topics in strategic human resource Management and useful tool to improve the performance of employees and organizations is considered. If the performance management to requirements and prerequisites the organization is designed and implemented could be part of the problems identified and provide practical solutions to solve them. the main objective of this research is measurement of doorod citizens SATISFACTION of municipality in urban areas. In this study, the SATISFACTION of citizens in three important indicators of socio - cultural, technical and construction services which have a direct impact on quality of life in the city and citizen SATISFACTION is the result of the case is being investigated. Statistical community is DOOROD CITY of residents in four areas and the sample size of 375 individuals were determined using Cochran formula. The method sampling fits total surface area of the accident. Method the study survey using a questionnaire. The application software SPSS to analyze the data obtained from field research and GIS software is used to map the output. The study research indicates that moderate to high levels of citizen SATISFACTION and SATISFACTION among regions and different indicators. The highest level of SATISFACTION in District 3 and district 1 is the lowest level of SATISFACTION. Also among the parameters evaluated technical indicators construction highest SATISFACTION rate and social indicators - culture has the lowest level of SATISFACTION. Finally, to improve municipal performance The guidelines and recommendations are provided.
