Abstract

The purpose of this study is the comparison of personality trait between manager entrepreneur women and ordinary women in Esfahan city. According to this point that research method is causal – comparative, so has two Statistical population. First population Include entrepreneur women and Second population include ordinary women Resident in Esfahan. In order to collect data and information, Big Five Personality Questionnaire were given to 46 entrepreneur women and 50 entrepreneur women. Data were analyzed by the Multivariate analysis of wariance called Hotelling T2. Data analysis showed that there are significant difference between two group in personality trait (Wilks’ Lambda= 0/743, F (2, 88) = 4/06, P<0/001, h= 0/257). Using one- way analysis of variance showed that entrepreneur women significantly are more extravert, more opines vs. experiences and more conscience than ordinary women.
