Abstract

Organizations should give sense to individual and organizational life of employees and make a space for these aspects in their strategic plans. We can't understand the meaning of life just through logical and affective reasoning (logical and affective INTELLIGENCE) but we need some thing beyond this, some thing that we call it Spiritual INTELLIGENCE. hence; this paper deals whit identifying and measuring Spiritual INTELLIGENCE components in WORK ENVIRONMENT. The main question is which the major Spiritual INTELLIGENCE components in this research population are and how their priority with together is. The population of the research consists of managers and employees of the Labbafinejad Hospital. Random order sampling is used to determine the sample of this research. Data collection is done by in-person questionnaire. The method research is field-descriptive. Finding results indicate that there are fifteen Spiritual INTELLIGENCE components in population and their priority is different. Finally, according research findings, some suggestions are presented.
