Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the relationship between SOCIAL HEALTH and ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR of ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY staff, DISTRICT 13. Research hypotheses include 1.SOCIAL HEALTH and its components namely: social prosperity, social participation, social cohesion, social solidarity and social acceptance and 2. ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR and its components that are: conscientiousness, altruism, civic virtue, generosity and reverence. The research population consists of all staff of academic units of ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY in DISTRICT 13. To analyze the data collected by questionnaire, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. In inferential part in order to test the research hypotheses, correlation analysis is used to examine the relationship between variables; regression is used to predict the dependent variable and one-way analysis of variance (ANOYA) is used to compare the difference of staff in various academic units. The results show that there is a meaningful relationship between SOCIAL HEALTH and ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (and its dimensions) of ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY staff in DISTRICT 13.
