Abstract

This study sought to determine the EMOTIONAL DIVORCE and related factors among married women in Naghadeh. The research method is survey and a questionnaire used to collect data which its validity and reliability was approved through a formal pre-test. The population of the study consisted of 378 individuals that were selected by Morgan table and cluster sampling was used to select the samples.The results showed that the level of EMOTIONAL DIVORCE among women is lower than the average level and factors such as degree of RELIGIOSITY, homogamy, UNMET EXPECTATIONS, difference of beliefs, and social-economic differences have influenced. There is a direct and inverse relationship between RELIGIOSITY and homogamy and EMOTIONAL DIVORCE and also, there is a direct relationship between UNMET EXPECTATIONS and difference of beliefs variables and EMOTIONAL DIVORCE.
