Abstract

One of the important issues that is important in the lives of all people and alongside daily work activities is LEISURE time and how you pass your free time. Considering the high value of women in society, and given that women make half of the society and are considered family axis, therefore in terms of physical and psychological they should be happy and healthy. LEISURE is one of the ways that helps the women participating in LEISURE activities, mother hood and citizen duties towards his community provider. The aim of this study is examining LEISURE and recreational facilities with the emphasis on women’s welfare in the two major urban areas. Methods based on objective are practical and based on the nature, description and correlation of the field method with the help of questionnaires and software SPSS - Excel l analytical models and strategic planning factors (EFAS, IFAS, SFAS, SWOT) analysis of data has been discussed. Research findings can be mentioned things like the lack of satisfaction women feel of how their LEISURE, passes and relatively good performance of service centers in the two areas. Increased opportunities, strengthen strengths, reduce weaknesses and threats said to offer short-term planning strategies, medium term and long term for urban management in both areas 5 and 6 Isfahan are other findings that are covered in this article.
