Abstract

 Gorgan have a excellent position in terms of historical, cultural, geographic location and access. But more tourist attractions in the city is unknown. It is obvious that the suitable utilization of the city's TOURISM potential requires study, survey and careful planning. so that the success of ADVERTISING activities depends on the media and how to use it largely. the purpose of this study is determine and compare the effective factors of various statements ADVERTISING on the increase in attracting tourist to the CITY OF GORGAN from the people and experts perspective. Methodology in this research is combination of descriptive- analytical method that has been tried using FTOPSIS model should be evaluated experts regarding in relation to effectiveness of various ADVERTISING statements on attracting tourist to the city.And other related factors also encourage tourists to visit the CITY OF GORGAN be asked Friedman is also used for evaluation and feedback. Experts in the impact of different promotional items to ATTRACT TOURISTs, according to a media component of effective city of TOURISM should be evaluated. And finally to determine the effective medium to ATTRACT TOURISTs to the CITY OF GORGAN, the weights obtained in terms of tourists and experts have multiplied. the research shows the television, Internet, newspapers, magazines, brochures, books, manuals, seminars and conferences most effective in attracting tourists to the CITY OF GORGAN hashes.
