Abstract

Objective: identify and rank the barriers to the INTEGRATION of ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMs (EDMS.Methodology / Approach: The study was conducted survey and data analysis necessary to identify obstacles and solutions offered by poll of 14 experts and experts in the field of ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMs collect and priorities of obstacles to fuzzy hierarchical analysis techniques (AHP-Fuzzy) has been made.results: The results show that prioritize options, respectively, organizational barriers 0.383, human 0.256 design 0.152, technical 0.105 and 0.105 strategy with the other Rank located.Conclusion: The lack of development of system INTEGRATION of electronic document management discussion by experts of science and knowledge, lack of education and training, INFORMATION SYSTEMS analysts, managers and inadequate training and lack of cultural activity in the system integrated information in the country, including the main obstacles are the lack of integrity.
