Title

THE MEDIATION ROLE OF SELF EFFICACY, WITH LEARNING STYLE AND ABARKOOH HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS’ ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION

Abstract

 The aim of this study was the mediation role of SELF EFFICACY with LEARNING STYLES and ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION of girl’s students in Abarkooh. The sample consists of 200 high school students that selected through multi stage cluster random sampling. For assessment of variables of study the questionnaires of, LEARNING STYLES of Kolb, Herman’s ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION questionnaire and Sherer’s SELF EFFICACY conducted on group. Data were analyzed through correlation and structural equation modeling. Results of study showed significant mediation role of SELF EFFICACY between LEARNING STYLES (convergent and divergent) and ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION. There was no significant relationship found between LEARNING STYLES (assimilation and accommodation) with SELF EFFICACY and ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION.
