Abstract

The aim of this research is The Construction and STANDARDIZATION of Shiraz Psychological Diagnostic - Screening QUESTIONNAIRE (SPDSQ). content of the QUESTIONNAIRE based on the inductive method (theoretical) and the diagnostic criterion of DSM-5 for 11 psychological disorder by 20 experts ( psychologist and psychiatrist) was developed. Then, one normal group (including 493 women and men) were chosen by multi-stage cluster random sampling method and one clinical group (including 198 women and men) were chosen by available sampling method. The result of study showed the internal consistency in normal group, clinical group and total.Based on these findings, the QUESTIONNAIRE on including 11 factor has VALIDITY, and can explain 55.82 of the total variance. Also significant difference between the scores of clinical group and psychiatry diagnosis (P<0.01), represents the differential VALIDITY of a QUESTIONNAIRE to screening PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS in shiraz community and positive significant correlation between score of QUESTIONNAIRE and score of psychiatry diagnosis (P<0.01) represent the criterion VALIDITY of QUESTIONNAIRE. The compiled QUESTIONNAIRE has VALIDITY and RELIABILITY for diagnostic - Screening of PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS in Shiraz.
