Abstract

Abstract Todays, metropolitan areas of large cities in developing countries are growing strongly by swallowing all facilities and services in spite of problems plaguing in to them. On the other hand, the rest of the country including middle cities, SMALL CITIES and rural areas of development are retarded and stopped of progress. The research methodology of this descriptive-analytical study is combination of survey and developmental-applied. Also, the analysis of this study is done by using the elasticity coefficient models, TOPSIS, L.Q, EXCEL software and GIS data. The results shows that the highest and lowest coefficient of elasticity in the whole province of Lorestan respectively Aligudarz cities and Dorud by a factor of 3.2 and 0.26 during the period 2006-2011. The LQ model results also show that the mentioned cities are just part of the industry. Finally, the ranking by TOPSIS model shows that Boroujerd has the minimum distance (217.0) from the desired in term of ideal negative.
