Abstract

One of the basic aspects in the analysis of rural problems is paying attention to management structure in these communities. VILLAGEs as especial places with different lifestyles than cities, require different management model which is consistent with the economic, social and ecological circumstances of the VILLAGEs. The main target group of development plans is people living in VILLAGEs. So, their satisfaction with managers and governors should be considered as one of the most important issues in preparing those plans. The VILLAGE management offices are public and private institutions which have been established for the management of public affairs in the field of rural management system in VILLAGEs. Since the previous governors were not successful in the achieving development, achieving this goal is the outmost importance in developing VILLAGEs. This descriptive- analytical study focuses on ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT in rural area of Badrood in the Natanz County of the Isfahan Province. The number of households in six VILLAGEs of Badrod is 1407 that 262 people were selected as sample size. Data analysis was performed with the Wilcoxon test. The research results indicate that there is a significant relationship between the VILLAGE management offices and rural ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. So, VILLAGE management has played positiuve role in rural ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. Data analysis has been done by "SPSS" software, "Wilcoxon signed-rank test" and "t-test". Also VILLAGEs’ managers have not had any role in establishment of productive workshop but it has positive impact on agricultural marketing and property of VILLAGErs. The field study data were gathered in the year 1389 that have been updated and revised in the year 1394. The updated data confirm the previous research results.
