Abstract

Health care as a moral value should be distributed among different group people of a community equally. Equitable access to HEALTH services for all people in a community leads to promote HEALTH and equal opportunities in the society. The aim of this study refers to analyze spatial broadcasting of HEALTH service among provinces in terms of HEALTH indicators. This descriptive-practical research is considered 24 indicators of HEALTH equality which were defined in the 80 decade. The methods of principal component analysis and cluster analysis have been used for ranking provinces according to defined HEALTH indicators. The results of this research indicated that the spatial distribution of HEALTH services- among provinces ofIran in terms of HEALTH indicators- has been unevenly. Provinces such as Semnan, Yazd, Khorasan and Sistan-Baluchistan are developed, but Kerman, East Azerbaijan, Luristan are excluded. The multivariate regression is used to define priority provinces in terms of HEALTH development. Consequently, it is essential that the operating units of HEALTH services, support services, counseling services, HEALTH centers and human resources be well placed according to priority provinces that are ranked to very disadvantaged, low advantaged, advantaged and high advantaged, respectively.
