Abstract

CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE is one of the efficient instruments toward effective performing duties in enviorments having cultural hetergeneity and variety, in reality CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE is a special ability and skill that assists people to work effectively in multicultural enviorments. This research has been written down for the purpose of identifying relationship between CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE and Tehran regions traffic police managers performance. This study "from viewpoint of objective is applied and from viewpoint of method is descriptive - survey. Desired community is Tehran traffic police managers, experts and officers that due to limitation of statistical community, the sample volume has been determined by survey method. The main tool of data collection is questionnaire. The results represent the effect of STRATEGY, knowledge and CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE behaviour components and non-impact of CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE MOTIVATION component on Tehran regions traffic police heads DUTY PERFORMANCE.
