Abstract

Since in our country, 51% of casualties happen in the accident scene and 49% of it happens during the transfer from the accident scene to the hospital, therefore, it seems necessary to do this research. The purpose of this research is to provide an appropriate model of accident Management with emphasis on the reduction of post-traumatic deaths. From the purpose view It is applied study, and in terms of its type, its analytical and descriptive. The researcher has done lots of documentary studies, about the influential factors and conducted field studies and interviews with experts in the field of accident and disaster Management, and he prepared a questionnaire on factors affecting crash scene Management in order to provide a suitable model. It must be mention; the statistical samples of this study are 56 experts in the field of health and safety of the country. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to analyze the obtained data regarding the variables and to influence and meaningfulness of the variables used T test and smart pls2. The 9 effective factors in the Management of the scene are presented and confirmed, which include: Unit Management, unitary and integrated infrastructure, training and sense of competence in the use of modern equipment, time Management and monitoring, legal competence based on style guide, policy, joint Management, strategic Management, interaction and information, The first priority is unit Management, the second priority is education and the sense of conscientiousness and the third priority is integrated infrastructure, as well as the last priority is legal certainty based on the style guide.
