Abstract

This study tries to evaluate the JUSTICE indices in economic BUSINESS CORPORATIONS in order to provide strategies for promoting JUSTICE. In this study the aspects of social JUSTICE approaches that have been discussed, such as equality, need, fairness and economic individualism are analyzed and policy approaches and its areas including health, education, economy, social security, welfare and housing, which is clearly one of the socioeconomic policy making are discussed. Because the research is in line with the outlook of most enterprises, providing quality services to employees and promoting the welfare of employees and their families, it tries to identify the criteria of JUSTICE and equity indices promotion strategies in the first place and secondly it is an exploratory and practical study which attempts to identify the JUSTICE factors while recognizing the equity indices, the results can be determined as strategies to improve equity indices. The research method is survey with a structured questionnaire to collect data and statistical population consists of members of the cooperative state-owned enterprises and data analysis entails two parts of descriptive and inferential statistics. The results show that the level of satisfaction or the achievement of equality and equity in economic firms are rather moderate.
