Abstract

There are many forms of congenital anomalies (malformations) in animals. In this reports, the clinical and radiological diagnosis of additional jaw is presented in a female Holstein CALF that was referred to specialized veterinary polyclinic of Islamic Azad University of the Shahrekord. Lateral view radiography showed an additional lower jaw (mandible) with additional teeth and tongue which separated from the main jaw and no osseous connection with main jaw or other facial bones were seen. Patient returned to its normal life after surgical removal of abnormal ECTOPIC MANDIBLE.
