Abstract

Democracy is one of the most importand subjects for the huoman therefore he tries to consider it as his ideal or tries to realize it. In historical trend this issue experienced essential developments and nowsady in anywhere of world there isn’t a same definion from this word as any nation has its specific comprehension from it. Accordingly developing countries act differently by confronting it. Some of these countries accept it and some try to make it native and anothers define it differently but it is noticeable that the performance of Islamic republic of iran within this subject is specific as the founders of this political sustem were believed that DEMOCRACY exists in Islamic system and this system can be presented as a successful democratic pattern to regional and worldwide countries but for realizing. This aim religious DEMOCRACY must be seemed efficient in thought and execation. what is EFFECTIVENESS and what are its criterias for religious DEMOCRACY system and what is the difference of EFFECTIVENESS between areligious and nin religious system is the subject of this article that try to answer it according to ayattollah khameneis ideas.
