Abstract

Acknowledging the significance of communication in an organization, this study was an attempt to investigate and explain organizational culture as an effective varibale in the COMMUNICATIVE PERFORMANCE of an organization. To this end, a comprehensive literature review was carried out, then middle managers from Iranian Air Force responded a questionnaire. The data were analyzed through pearson-product correlation and Freedman ordinal ranking scale. The results sustained two of the hypotheses indicating that GROUP CULTURE enjoyed the highest priority among the other variables.
