Abstract

Objectives: This short piece of writing intends to elucidate the most noticeable consequences of bias and sectarianism in universities. Method: The method of the survey is library-documentary and content qualitative analysis. Results: The results of the paper indicate that some consequences such as disintegration and disunity, deviation of justice, lack of faith, monopoly, drawback in science development,… will lead to environmental dissatisfaction, confusing, lack of motivation and lack of independence and sectarianism as a result in ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY. Conclusion: The authors of the article conclude sectarianism in ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY not only will have effect on the destiny of university but also concludes in system malfunction and in a larger scale negative impact on the destiny and development of the country. It also brings plurality, division, separation, disunity and passiveness among creative practitioners of the community.
