Abstract

 Objectives: Due to the nature of the Islamic Revolution in Iran (1988), it has been seriously rooted in the human sciences, social and cultural conditions of Iranian-Islamic culture. What is western relationship with us? HUMANITIES and based on its roots deep understanding and familiarity with scholars and experts who have studied various aspects of the study of the sciences is essential. The purpose of this article is to introduce the ideas of Michel FOUCAULT as one of the most prominent thinkers of Western human sciences. Method: To achieve this objective the resources available to library research and note taking techniques to collect data and then the data were analyzed.Results: The results of the present survey indicated that FOUCAULT observes the modern era in the formation of the human sciences. The role of POWER is a fundamental role in the formation of human sciences. He believes the man as subject and object of the conditions for the formation of the HUMANITIES in the West. FOUCAULT highlights the role of POWER in the formation the HUMANITIES. According to him the problem is that HUMANITIES have not found its proper place among other sciences, social sciences, and various problems are originated from this issue. He does not predict a positive conclusion for the HUMANITIES and they will be replaced with sciences, such as psychoanalysis, linguistics and anthropology. Conclusion: The author of the article concludes FOUCAULT with detailed analysis and critical view of the human sciences gives to the present researchers an important insight about human sciences in analyzing the science and improving the community.
