Abstract

 Organizational citizenship behavior becomes one of the important factors that enhance the organizational effectiveness. The main purpose of this study is to measure the amount of showing OCB and its important factors in management faculty of universities teachers of Islamic Azad University- Central Branch of Tehran. In this study altruism, sportsmanship, conscientiousness, civic virtue and Courtesy that classified by Organ has considered such an organizational citizenship behavior factors and has also been analyzed. The data was collected from 330 university students in management faculty of Islamic Azad University-Central Branch of Tehran through questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaires has been confirmed by alphacronbakh (a=0.875) and the validity of questionnaires has been confirmed by Factor analysis method. The result of 290 respondents by use of one sample t-test method reveals that all the Hypothesizes of this research has been confirmed, and also the teachers of management faculty of IAU-CBT have the good level of altruism, sportsmanship, conscientiousness, civic virtue and Courtesy, and generally they have good level of OCB.
