Abstract

Today's organizations require integration of data and information, therefore, they tend to use Enterprise Resource Planning systems. These systems considered to be the latest generation of information system. They have the ability to integrate the performance of all organizational units as well as planning and management of organizational resource. But ESTABLISHMENT and implementation of this system require appropriate infrastructure. Some companies without preparing appropriate infrastructure, plan to enter this large and complex category. Therefore they may encounter difficulties and damage and they don’t get the chance to reach their goals. The aims of this research is the identification and prioritization of how impact factors and indicators affecting the ESTABLISHMENT and IMPROVEMENT of IT systems. Enterprise Resource Planning provided a model for implementing the system. The research method as regard to the aim is applied and as regard to the method is a descriptive survey research. On the other hand, it is a field research. Data and information Collected by interviews and questionnaire, sample size for first and third hypotheses are 211 people who use information technology in the organization. Analysis of data was conducted by satistical method using “SPSS” soft ware. Also, second and fourth hypothesis were analyzed by Analytical Hierarchy Process (A.H.P) using Expert Choice software, so ideas of five IT technicians have been used in this way by means of questionnaire.Finally, the factors (Information Technology, Training, Top management support, organizational culture, Participation of experts outside the organization, Adherence to regulations, Staff motivation) and indicators (Hardware, Software, Network & communications, Database and data, Human resources, Security) were identified and the manner of their impact was not uniform. IT factor and hardware index were the most important. Providing a model for implementing these systems, using decision support TOPSIS few indicators were proposed, first to provide an appropriate infrastructure system along with maintaining existing systems, and then to implement method of the system modules using Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
