Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to evaluate the CONFORMITY RATE between the skills of bachelors of accounting graduates and need criterias for arrival to AUDIT CAREER. The above said aim has been tested by the hypotheses in categories of public and personal skills, administrative and professional and technical, and thirty side-hypotheses. The statistical societies consisted of three groups: university professors, auditors and “M.A” students in accounting. Research is descriptive-measuring from the field branch and the way of gathering theorical discussion is library manner. The data has been obtained by sampling from greater society using questionnaires. Also in this research kruskal-Wallis and One -Way ANOVA tests for the hypotheses has been used. The result of this research in the case of three main hypotheses shows that: weren't found significant difference between views of research groups in the case of CONFORMITY RATE skills of graduates and need criterias for arrival to AUDIT CAREER.
