Abstract

Outsourcing as a simple and economic executive tools find more and more application in todays life. Commercial and industrial managers in addition to interest to apply such a strategy, but face with numerous problems. Unfortunately, little scientific studies performed in the field of SERVICEs outsourcing. Meanwhile, there is considerable academic researchs about use of outsourcing in production procedure.Main goal of this research is aid to organizational decision making in application of suitable deciding framework for SERVICE activities outsourcing. Outline of goals in the present research is as fallow:-Recognition of important outsourcing factors-Revision different models of outsourcing-Selection of the best model for distributive companies of Tehran and Suburb in TavanirThen and in continuation of analytical model, hypothesis, importance and necessity of research were described. The present research have 4 main and 3 sub hypothesis. Main variables are Inseparability, demand uncertainty, Competitive position, End Customer Contact, and Moderating Variables are Core SERVICEs, Criticality, Number of Alternate Supplier.Method of research is descriptive, field study, consistency and its type according to goals of research is applied. Tehran and Suburb power distribution companies of Tavanir also selected as statistical population.Data were collected through questionnaire. Research hypothesis analyzed and approved with Χ2 test. Optimize model of outsourcing was designed and prepared. And researcher offers presented according to relevant hypothesis.
