Abstract

 Existence of committed human force in the organizations is peculiarly important, and it is deemed to be a competitive advantage and a superior strategic status for the organization. Many surveys demonstrated that higher performance, increased productivity, reduced job abandonment as well as reduced staff turnover is the consequent of increased organizational commitment. Thus, the staff commitment to the organization, as well as effective factors of commitments to Shahid Shoorideh and Noor Medical centers can have valuable and suitable results. Therefore, this is to study effective factors of staff commitment to organizations based on Simmons's model.This research from view point of aim is regarded as applied research and its nature is correlation analysis and survey. Statistical society of this research is full time staff of Shahid Shoorideh medical center and Noor medical center of Tehran. In this research it is used from class random sampling method and in order to gather data it is used from Simmons standard questionnaire.Hypothesis of research are evaluated at three levels of non-medical staff, medical staff and total staff and based on type of data in each hypothesis it is used from related correlation coefficient for studying relationship among variables and results of these hypothesis include:1- At level of non-medical staff there was direct correlation among organizational culture and organizational commitment and job satisfaction with organizational commitment and marital status of staff with organizational commitment and there is inverted correlation between levels of education with organizational commitment i.e. first, second, fifth and seventh hypothesis are certified.2- At level of medical staff there was direct correlation among organizational culture with organizational commitment and job satisfaction with organizational commitment i.e. first and second hypothesis are certified.3- At total level of staff there was direct correlation among organizational culture with organizational commitment, job satisfaction with organizational commitment and marital status with organizational commitment i.e. first, second and seventh hypothesis are certified.
