Abstract

 The concept of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION has attracted much attention in recent years. With investigation of 267 dual fuel automobile users in Tehran, The factors of satisfaction and loyalty have been tested upon American CUSTOMER SATISFACTION Index. According to the characters of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION Index, we transformed this models into multiple regression models to assessing the affects of variables on satisfaction and loyalty. All the hypothesizes accepted. Consequently, the partial least square (PLS) method was used to test the theoretical model.
