Abstract

Today, Oil is a determining factor as to how different states utilize its economic potentials to acquire power and credit for themselves in the globe by hosting oil fields or having control on oil reservoirs.The struggle for the latter and the oil story are closely intertwind. There are struggles that have created many of the history most determining changes.The present paper, titled as "An Analytical Research Of External Environment For the OIL INDUSTRY" seeks to prepare the ground for managers to change their perspective in utilizing strategic planning for the future of the OIL INDUSTRY.Noting the above conditions, the following should be taken into great considerations by top managers of the organizations:A, Recognizing the limited foreign environments and its determining factors.B, Creating the desired outlook.C, Describing strategies for fast and flexible actions and reactions.D, Enjoying an organization with dynamic and innovative resolution.E, Gaining expertise in the rivals and suppliers strategies.F, Reviewing contacts with customers.By notice these measures in their work, managers and decision and makers in all fields, specifically in the OIL INDUSTRY, will be able to pace forward to a bright and desirable future besides taking advantage planning as a power engine for development of the the industry.
