Abstract

 Objectives: The aim of this research is analyzing the effect of RESPONSIBILITY and ETHICAL INTELLIGENCE of employees on health of official system with Islamic procedure.Method: The research method in this study is descriptive and its type is correlative. The case study of this study is including all employees of ILAM UNIVERSITY who are 540 individuals. Using Morgan table; the 220 individuals were selected as sample. The method of sampling in this study is simple random. The instrument of collecting data is standard questionnaire that its validity was confirmed by related experts and its reliability was obtained by Alpha Crone Bag that was 0.915 that show the determination of questionnaire. Finally the data collection was analyzed by software of LISREL and PLS.Results: The results of research in this analyze show that ETHICAL INTELLIGENCE and RESPONSIBILITY of employees have positive and meaningful effect on health of official system. Also the dimensions of ETHICAL INTELLIGENCE (consciousness, empathy, attention, self-control, equality and tolerance) have meaningful and positive effect on system health.Conclusion: To provide official health in ILAM UNIVERSITY employee’s with high RESPONSIBILITY and having ETHICAL INTELLIGENCE; the managers have to make serious attempts to provide RESPONSIBILITY among managers and employees.
