Abstract

Aim: The main goal of the present research is to describe the CAPABILITIES and main feathers of the ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY.Method: The method of the research is derived from the data.Results: CAPABILITIES and necessary feathers of alumnus of ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY, which are significant in accomplishing the needs of community, are as follow: the sprit of responsibility and duty, abstinence, intelligence and to be alert, tolerance, ability in fulfilling the duties, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, flexibility, teamwork behavior.Conclusion: The SKILLS and ABILITIES in ideal university are learned through academic education and then transferred to across the society and economic by university students.
