Abstract

 The present research aimed at investigating the effectiveness of training EMOTIONAL SELF AWARENESS on General Health (depression and STRESS) in FEMALE HIGH SCHOOL students in Shahreza. This study was an experimental research in which 40 FEMALE HIGH SCHOOL students were selected according to the cluster random sampling. They were randomly assigned to an experimental and a control group. The experimental group received eight sessions of EMOTIONAL SELF AWARENESS training. Both groups were assessed by Goldberg General Health Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS. Results Analysis of covariance showed that there was statistically significant difference between experimental and control groups.
