Abstract

ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE is a collective thought planning that in recent years in organization has been the dominant thinking. The collective thought, distinguishing members of one species to another. Anyone who has worked a total and human groups, is aware of the existence of this organization phenomenon. It is also based on a practical Approach, we can say that one of the characteristics of leading and competitiveness businesses, Have the MARKET ORIENTATION competence and attention to the demands of their customers. In this context, the present study attempts, aims to identify ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE appropriate model and design model for MARKET ORIENTATION, examine the effects of ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE on MARKET ORIENTATION of the Banking system in Islamic republic of Iran. Statistical population is Tehran's economy Mehr Bank staff and experts (Tehran, Rey, Shamirn and Islam Shahr) during the 92-1391. Data were collected from two corporate culture and MARKET ORIENTATION questionnaires. So in MARKET ORIENTATION scale, questionnaire components were designed based on Draysdl model dimensions. Dennison questionnaire has been used to ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE scale. In order to test the research hypotheses, univariate and multivariate regression analyzes were used Spss16 software and Lisrel software is implemented for MARKET ORIENTATION model fitness. The results of this study indicate that cannot be claimed that ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE has a significant impact on the development of MARKET ORIENTATION in IRI Banking system.
