Abstract

The integrity of public organizations can help to correct decision building and decision-making, proper implementation of policies and leads to efficient and effective delivering of public services. The Factors such as effective monitoring and control, organizational culture, organizational environment and government structure have role in fulfilling ADMINISTRATIVE INTEGRITY. Decentralized ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE is one of the main effective factors on ADMINISTRATIVE INTEGRITY. If DECENTRALIZATION, planned and administrated well, can lead to provide significant opportunities for achieving ADMINISTRATIVE INTEGRITY. This paper has explained the concept of ADMINISTRATIVE INTEGRITY and its functions, then has analyzed the role and impacts of administrative DECENTRALIZATION as one of the main effective factors on ADMINISTRATIVE INTEGRITY.
