Abstract

NANOTECHNOLOGY as a new and intresting field of research has significant opportunities to improvement in various branches of sciences. In recent years, MODERN MEDICINE has become one of the main branches of NANOTECHNOLOGY researches, and medical sciences in the future can take benefits from this technology. NANOTECHNOLOGY has potential applications in a variety of medical procedures and biological engineering technology and is now focused on developing new methods of PREVENTION, DIAGNOSIS and TREATMENT of various diseases, especially cancer. Nano-based carriers and adjuvants have been showed higher capability in the field of vaccine and beyond of doubt that in the future of this area will have a major role. Recent results showed that nanoparticles can be used in improving diagnostic testing, production of diagnostic kits and biosensors. NANOTECHNOLOGY has been focused on developing new methods of PREVENTION, DIAGNOSIS and TREATMENT of various diseases. Additionally, application of NANOTECHNOLOGY in military field especially in military medicine has been subjected. The purpose of this paper is to present a summary of the application of NANOTECHNOLOGY in MODERN MEDICINE.
