Abstract

 Introduction: deaths from SUICIDE in the complex global issues of human Zmrh Y into account in all religions and cultures it comes and despite its prohibition different, we are witnessing today than ever.Methods: A retrospective study was descriptive correlational approach. Environment research covered all medical centers in Golestan University of Medical Sciences. The questionnaire was used to collect data. All cases of SUICIDE and causes of death were recorded during the first 6 months of 1391. Six-month incidence of SUICIDE and trends (trend) the occurrence of SUICIDE within the medical center were studied. Information forms, including: gender, age, ethnicity, religion, location, education level, marital status, employment, tools SUICIDE, suicidal urges, the number of SUICIDE, the result of SUICIDE, SUICIDE months and refer the person to the emergency shift. Analyses of data using software and using descriptive and inferential statistics were spss16.Results: Out of 2001 cases of attempted SUICIDE during the study period, 1312 patients (6.56%) women and 689 cases (4.34%) were male. The mean age of participants 46.8±44.24 years. Significant differences between the sexes in terms of age distribution among SUICIDE attempters there (P<0.001). The most common method of SUICIDE in the subjects (4.91 percent) was that most poisoning cases (1.95 percent) were using drugs. Family problems as the most common cause of SUICIDE in both sexes. Other ongoing programs the health system to deal with this problem.
