Abstract

 Introduction: Despite of Iran’s peaceful nuclear activity, America and Israel and their allies repeatedly have treated Iran to military attack. In this condition the military health care system of Iran along with other parts of Iran’s military system, should be ready to provide health care service supports. This research has tried to provide ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS for improving preparedness of MILITARY MEDICINE of Iran.Methods: This study is analytical-applicative and itis a futures study. Information gathered from: related books, Google scholar, Pub med, general databases and other released news. Population included of all subjects in the field of military THREATs against Iran and characteristics of MILITARY MEDICINE. Sampling was Purposeful and propositions selected as samples. In this study information, gathered in two fields, military THREATs and military health care system in asymmetric battle. Analysis of data was done through induction analysis.results: Military health care system in ASYMMETRIC WARFARE follows from principles such as: agility, organic structure, advanced and portable technology, low organizational concentration and formalization, matrix structure, experienced commanders familiar with military techniques, changing and scattered and small structure, predictive ability and also quick Reaction. Moreover, military THREATs mainly focused on Iran by air and marine sectors. THREATs will be blitz, short term, with flexible scheduling and dynamic operating, based on space- war and new military bases. Operation in afar and less use of ground forces will be characteristics of military attacks.conclusion: More emphasis on quick reaction, equipping modern relief devices, developing the air and marine rescue, providing secret headquarters, identifying THREATened military centers and obtain the necessary preparations, improving the predictive ability, rapid response to changing conditions, familiarity with the new weapons’ harm, more familiarity with the techniques of camouflage and concealment, development and promotion of self and another one relief educations, coordination with the civilian health care system and development of mobile health centers in the South Coasts, are basic strategies for improving the ability of military health care system in facing with the future THREATs.
