Abstract

In recent years the SPIRITUALITY of the managers and supervisors in organizations are increasingly regarded as a necessity, and in this regard, the World Health Organization in defining aspects of human existence, mentions physical, mental, social and spiritual aspects. In today's world paying attention to the MENTAL HEALTH of manpower and it's development as central and essential element of any organization is more sensible and Thought to empower, motivate and participation of a strategic plan and manage each set is considered to be vital. Given that one of the factors affecting the MENTAL HEALTH of employees is SPIRITUALITY and religiosity and Given the importance of this issue, this study examined the role of RELIGION and SPIRITUALITY in MENTAL HEALTH of staff's. Method for analytical research and using research, books, documents and related library resources has been developed. The results show that RELIGION and SPIRITUALITY through the creation of a vision system provides the foundation for the MENTAL HEALTH. The finding is the fact that RELIGION and SPIRITUALITY at the individual level lead to psychological comfort and satisfaction of life. At the social level as well as social cohesion and reducing and preventing crime is involved. And RELIGION and religious beliefs, reinforce the styles of coping with the difficulties and Using functions in relation to human SPIRITUALITY, and seeing God as a source of comfort, takes Staff away from everyday stress and damage.
