Abstract

POLICY dating back to the formation of human communities and it have contract and expanded in accord with the expansion and complexity of communities. Prophets were the first pioneers of the legislation governing. In Islam POLICY is rooted in revelation and it always associate with a part of man's life and because of relating with human action it inevitably encounter religion that is responsible for expression the ways of life. Hence, it is in contrast with religion or in accord with it. The aim of training is to provide fields for actualizing the human potentials. Political EDUCATION among scientists of this field will be remembered as civics EDUCATION. Political EDUCATION is an effort to educate citizens, he is responsible and dutiful. Foundations are descriptive statements that refer to basic feature of man and principles are also prescriptive and positive statements that are rooted in foundations. As a prescriptive statements the methods have considered limited and symbolic.
