Abstract

Today management is one of the pillars of the planning, organization and control in this context is the role of Rural management to achieve optimal planning and rural development is considerable. There are different approaches in the field of Rural management; one of the newest and most important is rural good governance. Today management is one of the pillars of the planning, organization and control in this context is the role of Rural management to achieve optimal planning and rural development is considerable. There are different approaches in the field of Rural management; one of the newest and most important is rural good governance. The aim of this study was to examine and analyze the current situation of rural local management governance is desirable in terms of performance 9 indices. For this purpose, analytical methodology, using library resources and field research questionnaire was used. The study to included 12 villages in the Chenaran city which 144 that were selected through random sampling method Cronbach's alpha have been studied. T-test results show that the majority of indicators (except for equity index), and items related to it (except for three items licensing for houses in the village, the security for the villagers, and villagers trust managers local) means less than average. Correlation between indicators also shows that the villagers to achieve good governance, the correlation between the indicators are needed. VIKOR prioritization model to determine the best Rural management in connection with implementation of the principles of good governance implies that the Yurdchvpan Village is first and Noureddine village be the last place in terms of implementing good governance indicators local management of the village.
