Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop IT strategy using analytical techniques for internal and external factors.In this regard, the SWOT matrix method has been used. The research method is descriptive and descriptive and data collection method. Data collection tools include literature reviews, books, databases and the Internet. The tools used are the research method and the questionnaire. The assurance of the questionnaire is about 85%. The research sample includes 51 representatives, experts and supervisors of the private sector of Amir Abad Special Economic Zone.The sample size was 45 patients randomly selected using Morgan table. The data analysis method is descriptive and inferential. The result shows that Amir Abad's INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY area is in a state of growth and hence the growth strategy has been used. And the port department's information section should increase network backups on network security.
