Abstract

Today, the banking matters are done in the simplest way through E-COMMERCE. The organizations are obliged to apply ELECTRONIC BANKING services and promote their service quality. Hence, there is a need to investigate the barriers to E-PAY of income. The purpose of the present research is to identify the barrier to applying the E-PAY in receiving the income of Ports and Maritime Administration of Sistan and Baluchistan Province. The population of the research includes 380 of employees and managers of Ports and Maritime Administration of Sistan and Baluchistan Province. The sample size was determined using Morgan table, based on which 200 questionnaire were distributed by simple randomized method. Ultimately, 186 questionnaires were filled and analyzed. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. To analyze the obtained data, SPSS software and Chi-square and Friedman tests were applied. The results reveal that barriers to using E-PAY in PMO income are: technical characteristics of the network, shortage in skilled manpower, characteristics of E-PAY system, characteristics of financial rules and regulations, and characteristics of PMO financial system.
