Abstract

Research and Development (R&D) deals the ingeniously, scholarly and entrepreneurship working on the humankind, culture and society and also how it could be developing into the novel spheres. R&D exercised before in the Industries, technologies and drags as usual. Now it is time to encourage it into the CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONs too. As the main question what implications of R&D like the industries applied do need to do in the CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONs? There are five pivotal implications such as being open-minded on the related environment, having interchangeably perception, enjoying the media facilities, using the artistic-creative characteristics and also technology. And the last Cultural Industries are the neglected chain examines as a case study too.
