Abstract

One of the things that a woman can get a divorce by proving it in court, is hardship. According to Article1130 of the Civil Code of Iran: "If the last parity caused hardship, the wife can be the dominant founder and request a divorce, if the hardship is proved in court, the court can couple forced to divorce he would, in accordance with Article1130 of the Civil Code can divorce his wife under this Article if hardship Thus, according to the court, the court of life for him with hardship and hard is the way that normally bear it difficult, can be used to divorce court court after consideration of the matter, if the conditions for women unbearable recognized his request that the divorce proceedings he does.
