Abstract

There are millions of social entrepreneurs known to be potentially SOCIAL INNOVATIONs in around the world. A careful look at the major obstacles faced by SOCIAL INNOVATORs and leadership skills necessary to overcome these barriers is to play an important role in promoting the field of SOCIAL INNOVATION. The purpose of this paper is to propose such a role by exploring the exact cycle of SOCIAL INNOVATION life. In this research, a four stage model of SOCIAL INNOVATION life cycle was observed through the method of thematic analysis and after reviewing the literature of the research. Then, Fuzzy triangular Delphi technique was used to complete, modify and test the results. Of the sum of propositions, five stages of problem identification, business model, vertical and vertical change, and a comprehensive variable of leadership skills were finalized. Then, according to the research literature, the content network and experts, factors and model of explanation and suggestions are presented.
